Description
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Payroll Benefits Manager in Schaumburg, IL area! The qualified candidate will supervise the day to day work of the Payroll Department and Staff.
Responsibilities
Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll transactions through software Maintain confidentiality Supervise administration of Health and Welfare/Pension for union & non-union employees Supervisor and Participate in union audits Ensure Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly payroll steps and accurately completed Must be able to prioritize effectively within time frames Ability to work under pressure, multitask and communication effectively internally and externally Analyze, reconcile payroll related calculations to general ledger Coordinate with Accounting and Human Resources departments to ensure accurate management Maintain proper PTO accruals and entitlements Oversee 401K administration
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred 4-7 year’s pay roll experience Dayforce experience or equivalent Strong Customer Service Skills Attention to Detail
