Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
for rewarding roles! We offer full-time shifts from 11pm to 7am and part-time shifts from 3pm to 11pm. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will include: Assisting CNAs with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and routine care. Conducting and managing resident/patient treatments. Administering medication according to physician orders and care plans. Submitting pharmacy orders accurately. Documenting and recording all information meticulously. Administering injections of medication as prescribed. Monitoring resident health and communicating observations to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. Measuring vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Providing basic care such as wound cleaning and bandaging. Managing and starting IVs and drips. Tracking and reporting fluid/food intake and output. Observing and documenting any resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns. Assisting in the admissions process as directed.
