Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Data Entry and Word Processing to work at a facility in Wassaic, NY. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $17 / hour W2 Shift details: M-F 8:00AM - 4:00pm Job Descriptions: Update and maintain department specific forms SFS Updates and resets Various quarterly reports Reporting and tracking of equipment distribution and maintenance Meeting minutes and notes Main telephone line coverage Monitoring the BO mailbox/distributing contents Oversee file storage/disposition Working knowledge of office equipment Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Other duties as assigned Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Term Life Short-Term Disability Coverage 401K If interested, please apply through this job post.
