This is a
WordPress Developer
role emphasizing advanced Elementor Pro and SEO expertise. Role Type:
Volunteer/internship position. The work will influence the agencys public presentation and its ability to attract new clients. Location:
Remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates in the
Greater Philadelphia area . Local candidates should be open to occasional
in-person collaboration
at coffee shops. Key Responsibilities
Building responsive, conversion-optimized WordPress pages using
Elementor Pro . Customizing global styles, sections, and theme elements to align with brand direction. Implementing on-page SEO strategies, including metadata, alt tags, hierarchy, and internal linking. Integrating HubSpot CRM forms and tracking tools. Troubleshooting UI issues and collaborating on layout, structure, and content. Maintaining mobile responsiveness and website performance. Required Skills & Experience
Experience with
WordPress and Elementor Pro . Knowledge of
on-page SEO best practices . Familiarity with
HubSpot CRM tools
or ability to learn quickly. Ability to create clean, responsive, branded designs. Good visual judgment and design consistency. Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills. Bonus:
