Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Lead
to join our team and play a key role in leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Workday HCM, especially Compensation, and a proven track record in leading multiple end-to-end Workday implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of
Workday Advanced Compensation . Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and configure compensation plans, salary structures, bonus plans, merit cycles, and eligibility rules. Support annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and stock administration. Perform impact analysis of changes to Workday compensation processes. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support during go-live and post-production. Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with Core HCM and other Workday modules. Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with
Workday HCM , with at least
3+ years of focused experience in Advanced Compensation . At least
2 full lifecycle implementations
of Workday Advanced Compensation. Deep understanding of compensation configuration (merit, bonus, stock plans, compensation grids, guidelines, etc.). Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Experience working in global environments or with multinational companies is
preferred .
