As a Workday Integration Developer, you will design, build, and support integrations and custom solutions that connect Workday with internal and third-party systems, working closely with stakeholders to enhance core business processes. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, BIRT, and RaaS reports. • Gather and document integration requirements; design robust, scalable solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. • Ensure integration solutions align with Workday best practices and enterprise architecture standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments. • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing integrations. • Review test cases, participate in QA efforts, and support user acceptance testing. • Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment procedures. • Collaborate with HR support teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and compliance standards. • Independently lead meetings, drive integration projects, and manage stakeholder communications with confidence and clarity. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying Workday integrations. • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, BIRT, and RaaS. • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules. • Proficiency in web service technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON). • Experience supporting the full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Familiarity with Workday’s integration framework and best practices for optimizing data flows. • Understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements in cloud-based environments. • You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking initiative and guiding efforts within a team setting.
