Job Title:Workday Prism Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasonedWorkday Prism Developerto join a high-impact HR technology initiative on aninterim-to-hirebasis. This role is critical to advancing enterprise-wide analytics capabilities and supporting strategic reporting needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Workday Prism, strong data modeling skills, and the ability to lead and mentor within a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and managePrism datasets, derived data sources, and custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
- Develop and maintainPrism data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and modeling of high-volume data.
- Lead efforts indata blending, joins, and relationship modelingwithin Prism.
- Serve asSME/Leadfor Workday Prism and related data-integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting and analytics with business needs.
- Provideexpertise on Workday capabilitiesand industry best practices.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
- Optimize performance of Prism solutions and ensure scalability.
- Mentor junior Prism developers and analysts.
Qualifications:
- 58 yearsof experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
- Minimum 3 yearsof hands-on experience withWorkday Reporting and Prism.
- Strong understanding ofWorkday Core HCMandWorkday Security.
- Proficiency indata transformations, calculated fields, and custom report development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in afast-paced, Agile environmentand adapt to frequent changes.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience withWorkday Extend.
- Familiarity withRallyor similar Agile project management tools.
- Demonstrated success in leading data integration and analytics initiatives.
