Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in their Boston office, the rest of the days remote! Compensation:
Competitive annual salary, based on experience Job Description The Planet Group’s direct end-user client is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join them on a Direct Hire, hybrid opportunity located in the vibrant city of Boston, MA! Key Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical support for HR applications, particularly Workday. Workday integrations experience is a plus. Manage system security, access, maintenance, administration, and data integrity for HR systems. Configure Workday modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Absence Management. Identify and resolve issues by analyzing root causes and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions. Offer training, support, and guidance to system users and team members. Required Skills: 3-5 years of Workday HRIS experience (5 years preferred) with at least 2 years in a senior or lead analyst role. Proven ability to lead projects involving system upgrades and configuration changes. Expertise in developing business reports and management dashboards. Strong knowledge of HR processes, security protocols, data integrity, and system configuration best practices.
