practice with a strategic hire targeting attorneys with 1–3 years of relevant WC defense experience.
You will handle applicant depositions, MSCs, lien conferences, and analyze AME/PQME reports using your working knowledge of AMA Guides and the California rating system. If you're familiar with A1 software or open to learning it quickly, even better. The team will invest in your training, with senior attorneys who enjoy mentoring and guiding newer lawyers until they confidently manage cases independently.

What
We're Seeking:
1–3 years' Worker's Compensation defense experience in California
Knowledge of AMA Guides, CA rating system, and AME/PQME analysis Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with strong communication skills
