Responsibilities:
Design and build automated workflows using
n8n
tailored to the client's needs Integrate third-party apps and APIs (e.g., Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs, Airtable, Webhooks, etc.) Collaborate with our team and clients to understand business processes and automation opportunities Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing workflows Suggest creative automation solutions to improve client operations
Requirements:
Proven experience with
n8n
or similar automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) Familiarity with
APIs, webhooks, and JSON Basic knowledge of
JavaScript/Node.js
a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Creative mindset with the ability to translate business problems into workflow solutions Solid communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Airtable, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Trello, etc. Understanding of backend logic, automation best practices, or low-code platforms Design thinking or UX sensibility when building user-centric automations
