Position Overview
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of EA initiatives by providing coordination, communication, and documentation support across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, architects, and project teams to track progress, manage schedules, facilitate meetings, and support the delivery of key EA artifacts. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy working across disciplines, and are passionate about supporting mission-driven federal programs. • Provide day-to-day coordination and support to the AOUSC Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and program objectives • Schedule and facilitate EA working sessions, governance board meetings, and stakeholder engagements; track action items and follow-ups • Maintain EA program documentation, including charters, decision logs, meeting minutes, and communications artifacts • Coordinate the development, review, and publication of EA artifacts such as roadmaps, standards, capability models, and domain blueprints • Track deliverables and milestones across multiple EA workstreams and provide regular status updates to government stakeholders • Support communication and knowledge management for the EA Program, including intranet content, dashboards, and reporting • Assist in stakeholder outreach and engagement activities, including coordination with system owners, business units, and IT leadership • Support task management, risk tracking, and issue resolution across the EA program portfolio • Help ensure EA efforts align with Judiciary IT governance processes and enterprise standards • Serve as liaison between the EA team and cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and application portfolios
Required Skills • 3-5+ years of experience coordinating IT or enterprise-level programs, preferably within a federal or judicial environment • Demonstrated experience supporting strategic or architecture-focused initiatives, including the development of plans, schedules, and reports • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Excel) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence or Jira • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in preparing meeting materials, status briefings, and executive communications • Experience engaging diverse stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and following up on action items and decisions • Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), or federal IT governance processes is highly desirable • Familiarity with federal court systems or AOUSC-specific organizational structures is a plus
Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
