Job Summary:
As a Program Manager for Workplace Design at Adobe, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative workplace designs that reflect Adobe's culture and values. You'll partner with both internal teams and external partners to create spaces that are both functional and inspiring, integrating the latest design trends and sustainability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Workplace Design + Innovation Team in cross-functional collaboration to guide design and execution decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with Adobe partners and external design firms to ensure designs meet business and experiential goals. Guide materials and design elements selection in line with brand and sustainability standards. Contribute to and lead workplace design experimentation and innovation initiatives. Help foster an inclusive design philosophy in all aspects of the role.
Must Have Skills:
Registered Architect or NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong background in managing interior design projects from concept through construction. Looking for a 5 to 8 years of experience
Industry Experience:
Experience in the technology sector or with tech clients is preferred. International project experience is a plus.
