We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support key HR functions and contribute to a positive employee experience. This role plays a vital part in enhancing organizational productivity and performance through effective HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and communication support. Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries, interpreting policies, and resolving workplace concerns. Advise leadership on HR policies, including equal employment opportunity and harassment prevention. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Assist the HR Manager in preparing documentation for employee relations matters, including disputes and disciplinary actions. Collaborate with the communications team by conducting employee interviews for internal content and engagement materials. Typical Tasks
Respond to employee questions and interpret HR policies and contracts. Support management in applying organizational policies fairly and consistently. Organize and deliver engaging new hire orientation sessions. Collect and manage documentation for employee relations and disciplinary procedures. Partner with internal communications to highlight employee stories and initiatives. Required Skills
Human Resources operations and administration Proficiency with Workday Strong interpersonal and communication skills Qualifications
Must-Have: Hands-on experience with Workday Recent experience in an HR role with administrative and employee relations responsibilities Experience Level
Intermediate

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
