We’re looking for a driven, people-focused General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across two flagship Yanmar showrooms: EVO in Acworth, Georgia, and our new location in Houston, Texas. This role is equal parts leadership, strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for sales, service, and overall showroom performance while also helping shape what the Yanmar retail experience looks like for customers in two high-growth markets. The right person can juggle multiple priorities, develop strong local teams, and ensure we’re delivering a premium, brand-aligned experience that drives revenue and builds customer loyalty. Position Summary:

Job Functions:
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, manage, and coach sales and RDC teams at both showrooms. Build team culture that reflects Yanmar’s values: customer-first, innovative, and always improving. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development plans to retain and grow talent. Identify staffing needs and assist with hiring to ensure each location is set up for success.
Sales And Customer Experience
Set and achieve equipment sales goals across both locations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Monitor inventory, pricing, and competitor activity to ensure we stay competitive and profitable. Lead execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions designed to grow local market share. Drive a high-touch customer experience that reflects the premium nature of the Yanmar brand.
Service and Parts Support
Partner with Service Managers to monitor and improve key metrics such as technician productivity, job turnaround time, and customer follow-up. Ensure both locations follow consistent processes for quoting, scheduling, and updating customers. Support the development of flat-rate pricing, upsell programs, and technician training as needed.
Financial Performance and Operational Excellence
Own the profit and loss statement and manage budgets, forecasting, and expenses for each showroom. Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company accounting procedures. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for sales and service operations.
Brand and Quality Standards
Ensure showroom appearance, signage, and customer experience meet Yanmar brand standards. Respond to escalated customer concerns and create processes to prevent recurring issues. Participate in manufacturer-driven customer satisfaction programs and audits, and implement feedback as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, margins, and team performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead from the front while building buy-in from cross-functional teams. Familiarity with dealership management systems, CRM tools, and showroom reporting systems.
Job Qualifications:
A minimum of five years in dealership or showroom management, ideally in equipment, powersports, or automotive. At least one year in a senior leadership role managing both sales and service departments. Willingness and ability to split time between Georgia and Texas, with travel expected one to two times per month. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Seniority level
