Compensation & Pay Structure
- Average $22-27/hour (Includes base pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Paid training - no experience needed
- Set shifts: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 7 days a week
- Utilize the comfort and convenience of your own insured vehicle to make money
- Paid Time Off (PTO) earned starting Day 1
- Health, Dental & Vision Benefits available after 60 days
- Fuel & Wear/Tear reimbursement on a portion
- Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options
- Opportunities to work close to home - Pittsburgh & North Pittsburgh zones
As a Delivery Associate for Quest Logistics LLC, you will:
- Use the DoorDash app to receive and complete food and retail deliveries
- Drive your personal, insured vehicle in your local delivery zone
- Pick up, transport, and deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time
- Stay active - multiple deliveries per shift with regular in-and-out-of-vehicle movement
- Follow safe driving practices and use GPS navigation tools
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have at least 1 year of licensed driving experience
- Hold a valid U.S. driver's license
- Have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and background
- Own a reliable, insured vehicle you can use for deliveries
- Comfortable using mobile apps and following GPS directions
- Punctual, responsible, and focused on customer service
- No drug test required
