Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr 5+ years’ experience building IOS Applications 2+ years of professional experience delivering production apps using SwiftUI Proficient with Combine or similar reactive programming frameworks Skilled in using Swift concurrency features (e.g., async/await, Tasks) Strong grasp of software design patterns and system architecture best practices Excellent problem-solving ability, from optimizing user experience to integrating backend data Clear communicator capable of explaining technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical team members Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with SQLite is a plus Description: Insight Global is assisting a stealth-mode startup client that is building a revolutionary mobile experience that’s already replacing multiple apps for users—and this is just the beginning. With strong product-market fit, rapid user growth, and backing from top-tier investors and tech leaders, this is a rare opportunity to help shape a product that could redefine how people interact with technology. What You’ll Do: Build fast, elegant, and reliable iOS experiences using SwiftUI and modern Apple frameworks Collaborate closely with a small, elite team to design and implement core product features Contribute to architectural decisions and help define the future of the mobile interface Solve complex technical challenges, from backend integration to UI performance Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members Annual Compensation Range with flexibility depending on experience: $180,000 - $220,000+
and generous company equity Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
