Job Summary: The Workforce Program Coordinator designs, leads, and evaluates clinical, non-clinical, and community wellness programs that support organizational goals and meet regulatory requirements. This includes managing CNA and nursing programs, internships, job shadows, and K-12 pipeline efforts. The role involves cross- departmental collaboration, curriculum development, and hands-on training to ensure program quality and compliance. The coordinator also oversees student onboarding, program evaluation, and long-term workforce planning. Starting Range: $51.04 - $61.25 Internal Hires:
Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms. External Hires:
Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications for the Job: Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing o Preferred Education: Master of Science in Nursing License:
Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience:
Five (5) years' direct care nursing o Preferred Education: Previous adult teaching or education experience Certification(s):

Originally known as St. Ann s Hospital, the hospital opened in 1886 and was operated by the Sisters of St. Ann until the 1960s. In 1965, the hospital s operations were turned over to the City and Borough of Juneau, and a new facility was built at the hospital s present location on Hospital Drive. Bartlett Regional Hospital is licensed for a total of 57 inpatient beds and 16 residential substance-abuse treatment facility beds in the Rainforest Recovery Center. The hospital serves a 15,000-square-mile region in the northern part of Southeast Alaska. Approximately 55,000 people reside in our service area, with most communities inaccessible by road. At BRH we provide quality, comprehensive health care and health promotion services to the people of Juneau and communities of Southeast Alaska.
