Billing Specialist
Our client is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their team. They specifically need someone with excellent billing experience. This company has a great environment that offers flexibility! This is a great opportunity so don't wait, apply! Pay: $20 - $25/hour Location: Tulsa, OK Job Responsibilities: Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. Verify and ensure accuracy of information within the system before submission. Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and address any billing discrepancies. Record payments and maintain precise account records. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on billing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle management. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Associate's degree preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities. Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
