Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support operations at our client site in Bothell, WA. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and repair fans, chillers, rooftop AHUs, split systems, compressors, and refrigeration equipment. Monitor building automation systems and maintain optimal performance. Recharge refrigerants, check for leaks, and ensure proper functionality. Use CMMS for work order management and documentation. Follow safety protocols including LOTO, PPE use, and job hazard analysis. Support GLP compliance and maintain detailed records. Communicate clearly with clients and team, especially during emergencies.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. EPA Universal Refrigeration License
(required). 5+ years of HVAC experience in industrial/commercial settings. Ability to pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (for facility access). Must meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs, climbing, and extended walking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer use.
Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree in HVAC or related field. Experience in GMP, hospital, biomedical, or pharmaceutical environments. Familiarity with steam systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and BAS. Experience with CMMS (EAMS preferred). Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and repair manuals.
