Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional health
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
- Provide therapy interventions to improve motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive abilities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, treatment plans, and long-term care strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon
- Proficiency in occupational therapy techniques, treatments, and interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to treat a broad range of patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to patient care and safety
