Responsible for the management of the company's legal affairs, including contract review, compliance review, intellectual property management, etc. Participate in the legal demonstration of the company's major decisions and provide professional legal opinions. Handle internal and external legal disputes of the company and safeguard the company's legitimate rights and interests. Establish and improve the company's legal risk prevention and control system to prevent and control legal risks. Organize legal knowledge training to enhance the legal awareness of company employees. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in law-related majors, with a lawyer's qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate, and a U.S. legal qualification certificate. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language. Have more than 8 years of legal work experience in large enterprises, including at least 3 years of experience as a legal director or equivalent position. Familiar with U.S., international and national laws, regulations and policies, proficient in contract law, company law and other related legal fields, and familiar with international trade laws and regulations. Possess strong legal analysis ability, judgment ability and negotiation skills. Have good team spirit and communication skills, and be able to work under greater pressure.
