Pediatric
Staff Dentist . Our highly skilled team of Faculty and Staff Dentists provide a full range of care, including restorative dentistry, patients with complex medical and special needs and LGBTQ+A studies. Clinically, the practice environment includes over 30,000 visits per year across 2 clinics and 4 operating room sites. We enjoy a busy level 1 trauma service and are strongly committed to excellence in resuscitation procedures and team-based work. The division is internationally recognized for clinical and educational excellence in; Management of hospitalized patients, non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic behavior guidance, procedural sedation and practice simulation-based training of residents. The division is comprised of seven (7) primary full-time faculty, all of whom are involved in patient care. Additionally, the faculty has three (3) regular part-time staff dentists. The pediatric staff dentist position will be primarily clinical, providing care in an outpatient setting as well as the operating room. This position will also be involved in education of residents.
