Senior Project Manager – High-Growth Industry | On-Site role We’re seeking a seasoned
Project Manager
to support the rapid growth of our client’s business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex projects with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost control, and schedule adherence. Ideal candidates will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong technical foundation, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of communication and satisfaction. Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor management, and ERP workflows to keep projects on track and compliant with contractual requirements. Provide regular project updates and milestone reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure adherence to local permitting, building codes, and utility requirements. Resolve project-related issues proactively and collaboratively. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including third-party contractors and internal departments. Background in renewable energy, LED lighting, or related industries preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Track record of driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required. PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience (Epicor or similar) preferred. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
