Some travel to Dyer to see the historic Meyer'sCastle, built in the 20th Century, which sits on 10 acres of the town'shighest ground. Many people know Dyer from traveling on Lincoln Highwaywhich takes you through the town. The historic highway, "IdealStretch" was the first paved road in Indiana. It was part of CarlFisher's vision for the Coast to Coast Rock Highway.
