Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice.
Responsibilities: Interim Payroll Processing
Maintain Client's WFN system. Changes include, but are not limited to, updating the following fields: o New hires o Status changes o Pay changes o Direct deposits o Deductions o Terminations o Benefit changes o Tax withholding changes Review and import hours either from Client's ADP time system or external time system. Enter any special pay data changes in Client's WFN system. Changes include, but are not limited to, updating the following fields:
o Bonuses o Retroactive pay o Mid-cycle pay rate adjustments o Incentives/special awards o Tax frequency adjustments-one time o One-time deduction(s)/adjustments Run previews, review with Client, and address Client-directed changes or adjustments. Run custom reports as requested by Client. Schedule and lead status calls with Client to discuss actionable items, as needed. Act as a liaison with ADP Customer Services and open new services requests and assist with resolving open cases. Assist client with answering employee questions related to payroll and benefits Create payroll standard operating procedures for the client, if time permits.
Required Qualification(s): WFN Experience Familiarity with importing other Earnings Familiarity with WFN Benefits Module
Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date (next paydate is 8/4) and an initial initial duration of 2-3 months or until client finds a suitable replacement, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort:
20-24 hours per week
