Job Description and Duties The Franchise Tax Board's (FTB) mission is to help taxpayers file tax returns timely and accurately, and to pay the correct amount to fund services important to Californians. The protection of taxpayer information and privacy is one of our foundational principles that support that mission. As a valued member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), under the direction of SOC Management, you will perform a variety of cybersecurity monitoring tasks to protect FTB's systems, data, and personnel. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST II Salary Range: $8,625.00 - $11,557.00 A # of Positions: Multiple Work Location: Sacramento County Telework: Hybrid Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Desirable Qualifications In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, candidates should demonstrate experience in cloud security frameworks, cloud platforms, SIEM tools, cloud monitoring, IAM, IaC security, real-time incident monitoring, and other related skills listed in the detailed qualifications section.
