VCA Franklin Park Animal Hospital Client Service Representative
Location: 9846 W Grand Ave, Franklin Park, IL 60131 VCA Franklin Park Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) to join our team! Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours per week, with rotating weekends. Compensation: $16.50 - 18 /hr and based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other relevant credentials. Why We Need You: As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for: Customer service functions, including: checking clients in and out and answering telephones. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Heavy call volume and client contact. Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments. Assisting clients with emergencies and euthanasias. Answering questions regarding our specialty and emergency services. Managing medical records. Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all timesboth inside and outside. About VCA Franklin Park Animal Hospital: VCA Franklin Park Animal Hospital is a full-service hospital, offering advanced surgery, dental care (complete with dental radiography), full diagnostic and laboratory capability, and cat and dog grooming. We are open 6 days a week by appointment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, practice management software) Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service role Benefits of joining the VCA Team!
