Program Coordinator-Petroleum
for our Racine, WI location or our Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler) location.

Job Responsibilities : A Program Coordinator spends the bulk of their time managing customer communications, responding to inquiries, coordinating with estimating and design, order entry, and keeping projects on a tight timeline while delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed to succeed in this role : A demonstrated history of strong project management is required. A background in the electric signage industry or construction field would be helpful.
BA degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Minimum of 2 years account management experience. Possess high level customer service skills/phone etiquette. Ability to keep many details organized. Follow-up skills are a must.
This job is onsite and will be filled in Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler TX) or Racine, WI. It is full-time, M-F.
