7am-7pm | 3 days (36 hours)/week including every other weekend
2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour; 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour; weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour

- If you don't have a current CNA, we may be able to pay for your course and exam once you're hired by the Hospital
- High school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution
- Current Michigan Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA), otherwise must obtain one within 4 months of hire, may be eligible to have this paid for by the hospital
- BLS, ACLS, TEAM certifications (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
- Must have knowledge of patient's condition and plan of care and assist under direction of an RN
- May assist patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate records within the chart - graphics, I&Os, evening and weekend activity, showers, etc.
- Collect patient specimens per protocol
- Perform clerical duties related to admissions, discharges, transfers, etc. Input computer data appropriately. Answer the telephone in a friendly manner, take messages, and direct calls
