Lead and manage the Back of House team during daily operations. Prepare line-ups and position team members for optimal performance. Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills. Ensure smooth and efficient Back of House operations. Monitor food quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Communicate effectively with Front of House managers for cohesive operations. Manage catering orders and ensure proper inventory for shifts. Minimum Qualifications
Proven commitment to excellence and genuine care for others. Availability Monday-Saturday for full-time roles (40+ hours/week). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with team members and guests. Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 18 or older with a strong background in food service preferred.
