Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Operate POS systems and utilize MS Office and other software proficiently. Maintain high standards of store appearance and operational procedures. Build positive relationships with team members and customers. Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. At least 12 months of retail experience, with advanced selling skills and product knowledge. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
