Serra CDJR Lake Orion is seeking an energetic, hard-working & detail oriented team player to join our friendly and fast paced dealership team.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally Process customer payments for service, parts, and vehicle sales Handle cash, credit, and check transactions accurately Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily receipts Answer phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries Support other administrative duties as needed
Requirements: Afternoon and weekend (Saturday) availability Positive attitude Professional phone & face to face etiquette Ability to multi-task Attention to detail
