Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing prior to hire. 3 years of professional nursing experience and 1 year of leadership experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Prior OR experience required. Responsibilities: Manage activities, workflow, and nursing resources for assigned units. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Maintain quality monitoring systems. Monitor and adhere to budgets. Ensure high satisfaction among staff, patients, and physicians. Conduct hiring, training, and staff development.
