Full time/Part Time/PRN Occupational Therapist (OT/ OTR) position Offering a Sign on Bonus
Skilled Nursing Facilities in Baltic and Millersburg, Ohio
Full time position is split between our 2 skilled nursing facilities in Baltic and Millersburg
~ Position would work at 2 facilities each day ~ Drive time & Mileage paid when driving between the two facilities!
Part time position is at just at our skilled nursing facility in Baltic, Ohio.

The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident's life.
