Responsibilities: Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair. Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner. Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs. Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. Develop a production plan each month. Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed
