Overview
An anticipated learning support teacher is needed at Lower Moreland High School starting with the 2025-26 school year.
Active Special Education 7-12 or N-12 required.
Qualifications required:
-A four-year college degree and either an active Special Education 7-12 or N-12 Certification.
-Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon student learning needs.
-Ability to organize and coordinate work.
-Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
-Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth.
-Demonstrated competence as a classroom teacher.
Note: Lower Moreland Township School District has a practice of hiring all incoming teachers who are new to the district at the
first step
of their applicable educational column (Bachelor's, Master's, etc.) regardless of their years of service in other school districts.
Posting will remain open until filled. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
