This role requires an understanding of wireless technologies, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Solution Specialist with SOVA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting business growth by managing outbound communications with Tier I Wireless Carriers and fostering strong internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to new and existing Tier I business customers Collaborate with retail sales leaders to drive business growth Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers, colleagues, and competitors. Assist customers with any inquiries related to wireless services and orders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Demonstrate deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies Uphold Sova’s core values and professional standards in all interactions Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational and typing skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficient in phone and email communication Flexible scheduling and a positive, customer-first attitude Seniority level
