Job Description and Duties The Division of Workers’ Compensation, EAMS Unit is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual for the role of analyst. Under the general direction of the Manager of the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) program, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) provides information and support related to filing documents in EAMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory procedures, and supporting daily operations of EAMS. Duty Statement . Working Conditions
This position is located at: 1515 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612 Our Oakland office is in downtown Oakland, near the Oakland City Center/12th Street BART station. The area offers various dining options, including delis, burrito and sandwich shops, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian restaurants, barbecue, cheesesteaks, pizza, coffee shops, and fast-food outlets. The incumbent will work 40 hours per week primarily in an office setting with standard equipment. The office is air-conditioned, in a high-rise building with elevator access, featuring cubicles or shared spaces with natural and artificial lighting. The position requires extensive computer use, as well as the use of telephones, copiers, and scanners.
