This individual will perform Customer Service Specialist (CSS) duties in our Jewett City office three days per week, and in our Pawcatuck office two days per week.
Customer Service Specialists:
Serve our customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, and cashing checks Create new deposit accounts, issue debit cards, update information on customer accounts, and assist customers with any questions or problems related to their accounts Maintain an accurately balanced cash drawer, uphold strict confidentiality standards and comply with federal regulations regarding monetary transactions. Job Requirements:
We require a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer contact and cash-handling experience. Other required skills include exceptional customer service, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication, organizational and computer skills.
No previous banking experience required. We offer a paid training program at our Jewett City office to teach you all the basics.
Schedule:
Full-Time; 36.5 hours/week
Monday 7:45am - 4:15pm (Jewett City) Tuesday 8:15am - 4:15pm (Pawcatuck) Thursday 8:15am - 4:15pm (Pawcatuck) Friday 7:45am - 5:15pm (Jewett City) Saturday 7:45 - 12:15 (Jewett City) Wednesday & Sunday OFF Training Schedule:
During the five week training program:
You may be scheduled to work as early as 7:45am, and work as late as 5:15pm. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday You may be assigned to work in any of our branch locations
