Job Description:
Club Pilates Pickerington is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates and helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes, providing individualized instruction, and creating a positive and motivating environment for our members. Responsibilities: Lead group Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels Provide individualized instruction and modifications as needed Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members Assist with member check-ins and class scheduling Maintain a clean and organized studio space Qualifications: Current Pilates certification (e.g. Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Peak Pilates) Experience teaching Pilates classes preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire others Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
