Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Director in increasing occupancy, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining a waiting list for available apartments. Stay informed about operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to inquiries. Achieve community sales and move-in goals as set by leadership, including annual census and revenue targets. Develop and refine marketing plans quarterly in collaboration with the Regional Director of Sales/Marketing. Provide solutions tailored to prospective residents’ needs, overcoming objections, and demonstrating benefits. Coordinate with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to move-in. Qualifications: 3-5 years of successful sales experience, with a record of exceeding performance goals. High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or meeting state experience requirements. Additional Qualifications
