4+ years of litigation experience in Oregon; first chair trial experience a major plus
General litigation areas include commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, fiduciary services, creditors' rights
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong writing skills; interested candidates should apply with a writing sample
Optimistic, driven, outgoing, and values teamwork
Admitted to practice law in Oregon; Washington experience is a major plus
