Balanced Bites is a web application on a mission to make nutritious eating accessible to everyone through customized, AI-powered recipe generation. We believe that food should be both healing and enjoyable — and we’re using technology to make that a reality. Role Description We're looking for a creative and driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts as we scale our platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of content creation, user and collaborator outreach, and product marketing strategy. You’ll play a key part in growing our user base through impactful storytelling, data-informed campaigns, and tight collaboration with the founding team. The role will be part-time and remote. Social Media:

Own all social platforms — write posts, manage publishing, track performance, and engage with the community. Promote the service through regular creation of social media content across platforms. Email Marketing:

Manage email sends, reach out to potential collaborators, structure outreach system. Product:

Manage product marketing, including developing landing pages and launch plans to get the product out to the world. Qualifications Motivated individuals aged 15+, including high school students and above Experience creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn Proficiency in video editing, especially for short-form social media content Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and manage outreach email campaigns Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible startup environment Familiarity with analytics tools or social media scheduling platforms Seniority level
