Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a dynamic AmLaw firm in their search for a mid-level Temporary Insurance Coverage Attorney to work with them on a
remote
basis. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law anywhere in the U.S. and meet the following requirements: At least five years of prior insurance coverage experience, representing insurers. Experience analyzing policy language, investigating claims and advising clients on legal strategies for resolving disputes. Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, performing legal research, managing motion practice and preparing for trial. A competitive salary hourly rate is offered, as well as the ability to work a remote schedule. All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
