American Veterinary Hospital of Simi Valley is eagerly seeking dynamic Associate Veterinarians to join our dedicated team. Our state-of-the-art facility is nestled in the heart of Simi Valley, California. At our practice, we're committed to providing exceptional medical care, combining our passion for animals with the latest in advanced diagnostic and surgical technology.
Our competitive compensation structure is designed to reward your expertise and dedication, offering base salaries ranging from $150,000 to $250,000+, complemented by a bonus system based on production, tenure and equity options. We understand the importance of work-life balance, hence we provide flexible scheduling options, allowing for either 3 or 4-day work weeks.
The benefits package at American Veterinary Hospital of Simi Valley is robust, covering health insurance (including vision, medical, dental, and health savings/flexible spending accounts), life and disability insurance, a 401K plan with company contributions, generous paid time off (PTO), a substantial continuing education (CE) allowance with additional PTO for CE events, and reimbursement for professional dues and licensing fees.

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree. Active veterinary license in California. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to animal welfare and high-quality care.
