The Reporting & Analytics Specialist is responsible for designing and developing financial and operational reports and dashboards, using various tools and techniques including Oracle Fusion. This role will create automated reporting processes to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of data-driven insights that support deliverables, strategies, and decision-making. This role collaborates cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver standardized reporting and analytic solutions. The Reporting & Analytics Specialist will drive reporting automation and resolve discrepancies to enhance the integrity and quality of data. Job Responsibilities Design and develop reports and dashboards with a high degree of independence, while leveraging various tools and techniques to visualize data and communicate findings effectively. Create automated reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. Translate business and accounting requirements into customized, actionable financial reports. Analyze complex data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies and decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders as needed. Respond to regulatory and audit requests for information. Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies or inconsistencies. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis by implementing quality control measures. Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver reporting and analytic solutions. Create and maintain relevant documentation for new and existing reporting processes. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and analytics. Ensure that all reporting activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within financial reporting processes. Job Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Systems or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and/or commensurate experience. Experience with Oracle Financials or other Power BI reporting tools preferred. Licenses and Certifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred) Location Hybrid – defined as working three or more days per week in the office if the employee’s residence is within 50 miles of Westfield Center, OH; or Remote – if the employee resides more than 50 miles from Westfield Center, OH.
