We are prayerfully seeking a passionate and relational Youth Pastor to lead and disciple the next generation of believers.
Position SummaryThe Youth Pastor will shepherd middle school and high school students, guiding them in their spiritual growth, equipping them to serve, and helping them build a Christ-centered worldview. This role involves teaching biblical truth, building strong relationships with students and families, and developing engaging programs that foster spiritual formation.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs, events, and gatherings.

Teach God's Word with clarity and passion, ensuring messages are rooted in Scripture.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of youth ministry volunteers.

Organize retreats, camps, mission trips, and service opportunities for youth.

Partner with parents to support the spiritual growth of their teens.

Manage the youth ministry budget and ensure resources are used effectively.

Participate in the overall life and ministry of Grace Church, including Sunday services and outreach events.

A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to live according to biblical principles.

A clear calling and passion for youth ministry.

Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in youth ministry leadership (preferred).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to connect with and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
