from a
top-tier law school
with a
strong academic record
Active Bar Admission in New York , in good standing
46 years
of substantive experience in
private equity transactions
Transactional Expertise: Significant experience with
mergers and acquisitions
(M&A), leveraged buyouts ,
recapitalizations , and
portfolio company operations
Deal Leadership: Proven ability to
lead deal teams
and manage complex transactions
from inception to closing
Prior
AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated law firm
experience preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities
Represent
private equity sponsors
and
portfolio companies
in
domestic
and
cross-border M&A,
leveraged buyouts , and
strategic transactions
Lead and manage all phases of complex transactions, including
structuring ,
negotiation ,
documentation , and
closing
Draft and negotiate
purchase agreements ,
equity documents , and
ancillary agreements
Collaborate with colleagues across tax, finance, regulatory, and other practice groups to provide integrated legal solutions
Serve as a
primary point of contact
for clients, offering strategic guidance and responsive counsel
