Key responsibilities for the VP of Marketing include leading innovative paid and organic growth campaigns, creating and executing multi-touch nurture programs, and ensuring the brand's messaging is consistent and powerful across all channels. The role also involves defining product positioning, leading go-to-market planning, and empowering internal teams with competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in high-growth B2B marketing, with a strong background in marketing to the middle market and SMB, and expertise in modern B2B marketing tech stacks. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive the company's marketing initiatives.
