Job DescriptionMarketPro has partnered with a leading, innovative technology company in search of a results-oriented VP of Marketing who is ready to take our brand to the next level!In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead a talented team across 4 critical areas: Demand Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Development; assuming responsibility for strategic initiatives that fuel pipeline growth, amplify our presence and product awareness and supercharge sales. As our Global VP of Marketing, you'll architect and execute innovative campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), secure high-value First Meetings, unlock new Sales Opportunities, and deliver measurable Pipeline results.We're looking for a proven B2B marketing leader with deep expertise in demand generation, who thrives at the intersection of big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. Experience in mid-market and SMB segments are a plus-especially if you love moving fast to capture growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership•Set and own a global marketing strategy that aligns directly with ambitious growth plans.•Build, inspire, and grow a high-performance team spanning Demand Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Sales Development.•Manage and optimize the marketing budget, balancing investments to deliver CAC and ROI goals.•Track and take accountability for key funnel metrics - MQLs, First Meetings, Opportunities Created, and Pipeline Generated.•Be the glue that drives alignment across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the Executive team.Demand Marketing•Lead innovative paid and organic growth campaigns that attract quality leads and fuel revenue growth.•Optimize digital performance across channels - paid media, ABM, SEO, email - to drive real results.•Create and execute multi-touch, segmented nurture programs that convert prospects into opportunities.•Use data to analyze the funnel, boost conversion rates, and shape future campaigns.Content•Own and execute the end-to-end content strategy across the buyer journey.•Ensure our messaging is powerful and consistent across all markets and channels.•Drive the creation of standout thought-leadership, customer success stories and sales enablement.•Oversee distribution and channel performance to make every piece of content work harder.Product Marketing•Define sharp positioning, messaging, and differentiation for our global solutions.•Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and feature roll-outs.•Partner with Product and Sales to deliver top-notch collateral, demos, and targeted campaigns.•Empower internal teams with competitive intelligence and deep customer insights.Sales Development•Lead and evolve the Sales Development team to support pipeline creation and outbound strategy.•Align SDR activity with marketing campaigns, ICP priorities, and territory goals.Oversee SDR workflows, tools, performance metrics, and hand off to Sales.Requirements10+ years in high-growth B2B marketing roleBackground in marketing to the middle market (500-5K FTE organizations) and SMB (50-500 FTE organization) essentialSaaS experience is essentialAbility to use modern B2B marketing tech stack (e.g., Pardot, GA, PPC, ABM tools)Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and presentationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance dataExperience managing event logistics for both virtual and in-person eventsStrong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to work across departmentsBenefits•10+ years in high-growth B2B marketing role with a background in marketing to the middle market (500-5K FTE organizations) and SMB (50-500 FTE organization) essential.•Experience in Reward & Recognition or similar adjacencies in HR Tech/SaaS preferred.•Expertise leveraging a modern B2B marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, GA, PPC, ABM tools).•Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.•Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.•Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to work across departments.
